Marilyn Paulette Moore, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, peacefully passed away in her home in the late hours of Sept. 20. Marilyn was born in McPherson, Kansas, to Paul and Rosalie Stucky. She attended McPherson High School where she met and fell in love with the love of her life, Ron Moore.

Marilyn is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Ron; son, Mike (Michelle) Moore; daughter, Ronda (Howard) Watson; and sister, Barbara (Lynn) Ratzlaff. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Andrew (Jessica), Jeremy (Joleen), Ronnie, Michael (Victoria), Megan and Jason. Marilyn was blessed with seven great-grandchildren; Sophia, Jackson, Madilynn, Marshall, Lane, Braelynn and Collin, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Rosalie.

Although she was a proud Kansas farm girl, Marilyn, Ron and the kids spent the early years of their marriage moving around the country. From California to New York, Marilyn always found a way to make every place they lived a true home for her family. In the early 1970s, Marilyn proudly became a Page pioneer when she and Ron decided Page was the small town where they wanted to plant their roots.

Marilyn was the epitome of a true lady — she took great pride in being a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. There was nothing she was more proud of than those she loved.

She was a great example of how to be loving, generous and always classy. Her infectious laugh and loving personality will be greatly missed.

A special thanks to Don and Loma, Larry and Janet and Diane for always loving Marilyn and being such wonderful friends.

There are no services scheduled but a memorial will be held at a later time.
