Marjory Kay Lee, born Nov. 3, 1939, in Spring Valley, Illinois, died June 13, 2024 in Tucson, Arizona. Marge attended school in Roseburg, Oregon, where she graduated high school. She then graduated from nursing school in Reno, Nevada and began her career as a nurse in California for many years, working at Peralta Hospital. She moved to Page, Arizona, from California, in 1981. Once here she worked for Boston’s True Value and then went back to nursing in Kaibito, Arizona at the medical clinic and from there she went to work at Page Hospital until she retired in 1993.
Marge has 2 daughters, Jo Anne of Sonora, California and Carole (Paul) Campbell of Page, Arizona. Marge married Philip Lauderdale in 1986.
Marge has 2 grandchildren, Anthony Campbell and Kristi (Harvey) Schoppmann, and 3 great-grandchildren, Marcus, Emberlee and Levi.
She is survived by her husband, Philip Lauderdale; a brother, David (Jackie) Lee; a sister, Sharon Sheff; her 2 daughters Jo Shaw and Carole (Paul) Campbell; and her 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
There will be a memorial for Marge, in Page, Arizona Oct. 19, 2024, time and place to be determined.
