Harvey Conley

Harvey Conley died peacefully in his sleep while at home. Harvey attended Flagstaff High School and from there joined the United States Air Force, during which time he served as an MP from 1956 to 1960.


During his long career Harvey drove a bus for the Page Unified School District, and went on to work for the Page Park Service and later a Page Postal Clerk.
He was an avid, long-time bowler and he frequented Page’s bowling lanes. He’s a former Elk and a longtime patron of Glen Canyon Steakhouse and the Ranch House Grille.


His favorite places were Alaska, Yuma, Ariz., and Lake Powell where he was an avid boater and fisherman.


Harvey was preceded in death by his wife Agnes, his father Walt and mother Edith Conley of Sedona, Ariz.


He is survived by sons Tim (Carolyn) Conley, Jim (Cathy) Conley, daughter Cathy Conley Steffen, sisters Carol Gill, Mary Frederickson, Barbara (John) Olson, grandchildren Joshua (Tasha) Conley, Christopher Conley, Angela (James) Wilson, and Allison Conley.


His grandchildren include Trystan, Mayson, Savannah, Jeremyah Conley and Katie Lou Wilson and step-great grandchild Elliette McDowell.
A remembrance party and barbecue will be held in his honor at an as yet-undetermined future time.
