Encompass Health Services announced earlier this week that it will close its primary clinic in Page on November 21, 2018. Encompass will continue to provide its mental health and substance abuse services.
According to employees at Encompass, they learned of the facility’s closing just one day prior to the public announcement.

“We have had the privilege of working with some of the best healthcare professionals in the community, including Dr. Demangone, Melissa Serventi, Scott Sadler, Dr. Mike Moore and Bee Valvo, just to mention a few.”
