A portion of the intersection of Lake Powell Boulevard and Elm Street was closed for upwards of an hour last Wednesday after police say a truck ran a red light. The truck was heading southbound on Lake Powell Boulevard at approximately 4:15 when it struck an oncoming sedan attempting to turn onto Elm Street from the oncoming lane. Investigators reported no major injuries, but two individuals were transported to Page Hospital for evaluation.
