A 14-year-old girl was the victim of a hit-and-run last Saturday. The incident occurred around 7:45 p.m. on the corner of 10th Ave. and Castle Rock St.
EMTs transported Amelia Olson to Page Hospital where she was treated for a concussion, three broken ribs and two broken clavicles. According to witnesses, tire marks were still visible on Olson’s torso.
Because of concerns for brain trauma, the victim was transported via Intermountain Life Flight to Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City.
