PAGE – Authorities have reopened U.S. Route 89 near Tuba City after a crash closed traffic Wednesday afternoon.
Bart Graves, spokesman for the Department of Public Safety, said the crash happened about 2 p.m. at milepost 479.
Graves said two vehicles – a Toyota Yaris Sedan and a Nissan Sedan – were involved in the accident. Three males were taken to Tuba City Regional Health Care, including one with a broken arm. There were no serious injuries.
The southbound lane was closed for just under an hour, starting around 2:15 p.m., a spokesperson for the Arizona Department of Transportation told the Lake Powell Chronicle.
