Page hosted the Lake Powell Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 24, with the middle school runners competing on a 1.95-mile course that started and ended at Lake View Primary School. The team from Chinle took first in the boys varsity race with 34 points, followed by Page in second (44 points) and Tuba City Boarding in third (55). The top finisher for Page was Nyall Prather in third with a time of 12:54.7. In the girls varsity race, the Kayenta team finished in the top spot (55 points), Hopi finished second (67) and Tuba City Boarding nabbed third (87). Page came in sixth overall (121). The top finisher from Page was Maya Cambridge in 11th place with a time of 15:28.4.
