Groundbreaking ceremony held for 36-townhome development

PAGE – The City of Page on March 2, held a groundbreaking ceremony for “The Cliffs.” 

The Cliffs is a 36-townhome development, each with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths for short and long-term rentals. 

The first units are expected to come online in August 2021, and the project should be completed in late 2022. 

The owners/developers are Trine and Doyle Jensen of Gainesville, Georgia. Trine Jensen’s (Hensley) roots have always been in Page. She is the daughter of Clyde and Rosemary Hensley, former owners of Page Fast Glass and a 1987 graduate of Page High School. Her extended family continues to live in Page, and she has always wanted to contribute to the community. The Jensen’s have been involved in developments in Arizona and Utah. 

The general contractor for the project is CMSI of Cedar City, Utah. The site grading contractor is B4 Construction.

The location is next to the Hyatt Place Page/Lake Powell on North Navajo Drive.
