James Leslie Van Duyne was born on Dec. 10, 1935, and died on April 10, 2020.
He is predeceased by his lovely wife of more than 50 years, Joan Bentley Van Duyne. He is survived and loved by many nieces and nephews.
He was a sergeant in the Army and a commander in the Civil Air Patrol. He retired from the Salt River Project as a dispatcher and was the owner of a PostNet business in Mesquite, Nevada.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022, at 2 p.m. at the Elks Lodge in Page, Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Elks would be appreciated.
