David, 72, entered into eternal life on Sunday, July 31, 2022, in Page, Arizona. He was born May 26, 1950, in Jenkins, Kentucky, to Mary C.E. Rose and Lindsey Rose. He was the youngest sibling in his big, loving family.

David started his profession as a car mechanic at an early age, while still at home and school. He moved to Phoenix to work with one of his brothers, and together they bought a gas station/garage. He eventually ran his own garage, where he liked working on Volkswagens and building sand rails and buggies. Throughout his life, he was always tinkering on his trucks, cars, boats and buggies. David was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, riding his sand buggies, camping, hiking and fishing. He loved traveling and going to NASCAR races, as well as BBQing and making delicious smoked foods.

David is survived by Kim Boston (life partner), her sons Bryan (wife Amanda), Robert (wife Mallory), his daughter Becky (husband Brian) and three grandsons: Alex, Ben and Lucas. He had one granddaughter, Haley, from his beloved son Matthew who preceded him in death last year. David had eight siblings: Mildred (husband Floyd), Marvin, Dale (wife Janet), Lindsey, Phyllis and Jean. Danola and Joann also preceded him in death. He also had many nieces and nephews, along and their children.

We will miss him and wish him all our love. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
